DUNLAP, Tenn. –  Each year a Dunlap Industries employee is recognized by their peers as the individual who has most consistently and extraordinarily demonstrated the willingness to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer’s needs. This year, Leoma Cribbs, Purchasing and Inventory Manager, is the recipient of the Above & Beyond award.  After returning home from an emergency trip to the hospital earlier in the day, she finished a project she had volunteered to do help address an issue for a customer… before resting. She brought the results back the following day. They helped resolve the issue!! Robert Kwasnik, Dunlap Industries’ president said, “while I encouraged her to be more mindful of taking care of herself too, her efforts exemplified our desire to provide the customer with the best service and value in the industry. She and the rest of the Dunlap team are committed to striving to provide it every day”.
